MY STAY
ON A PITCH

What’s included with my Comfort Pitch:

• 2 people
• One tent or caravan
• One vehicle (car or motorbike) or one motorhome/camper van
• A motorhome service area
• Electric hook-up (bring an adaptor)

      For an additional fee:

• Up to 6 people (adults, children and babies) per pitch
• A single pet accepted
• One small extra tent (2mx2m)

Payment terms: standard rate
For 3 nights or more: 40% deposit upon booking, remainder due one month before the start date.
For 1 or 2 nights: 100% of the holiday cost due upon booking.
Amendment: until 30 days before the holiday for a €50 fee
Cancellation: until 30 days before the holiday, at cost: deposit of 40% of the holiday cost + insurance fee + booking fee. Holidays cancelled with less than 30 days to go are not refundable.

Arrival time: 2pm
Departure time: 12pm

MY STAY IN
ACCOMMODATION

What’s included with my accommodation: 

• Cleaning kit (sponge, washing-up liquid, multi-use cleaner)
• Blankets and pillows
• Electricity
• Parking space for one vehicle
• Sheets and towels

      For an additional fee:

• Only one pet accepted in our accommodation
• End-of-stay cleaning
• Baby kit (travel cot + highchair)

Payment terms
40% deposit upon booking, remainder due one month before the start date.
Amendment: until 14 days before the holiday for a €50 fee
Cancellation: until 30 days before the holiday for a €50 fee. Insurance fee & booking fee not refundable. In the event of a cancellation with less than 30 days to go, no refund will be given.

Arrival time: 4pm
Departure time: 11am

To maintain peace and quiet for our guests, only one vehicle per accommodation may park inside the campsite (in the car park or on the pitch). Any additional vehicles must be parked outside the campsite.
